Fifth Avenue Chic

I’ve been busy making a few more cards and got to have a play with my new Eyelet Border punch which is just gorgeous!! So fancy and chic! I love it!

I CASEd this card from a lovely design by Marelle Taylor.

“Fifth Avenue Chic”

Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral, Best Yet

Paper: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, retired DSP

Ink: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip,

Accessories: Eyelet Border Punch, Stampin Dimensionals

A Rose For YouThis next one is a little more simple, but it’s nice to do simple sometimes! It also uses the eyelet border punch which really fits well with the Fifth Avenue Floral set! I’ve lightly watercoloured the white rose with a little Baja Breeze and it just makes the rose pop out and seem more lifelike!

“A Rose For You”

Stamps: Fifth Avenue Floral, Best Yet

Paper: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Kiwi Kiss, Whisper White

Ink: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Kiwi Kiss, Basic Black

Accessories: Eyelet Border Punch, 1 3/8″ Circle punch, Wide Oval punch, Aquapainter, Baja Breeze Double Stitched Ribbon, Stampin Dimensionals

This last card doesn’t have the Eyelet Border, but uses the Fifth Avenue Floral set again! This time I just focused on the other flower (anyone know what type of flower it is?!) with a monochramatic theme – only using shades of blue. I watercoloured two of the flowers and cut them out, then popped them up on dimensionals over my background of flowers!
