30th Birthday card

My friend, Kay, had her 30th birthday party on the weekend, so I wanted to make an extra special card for her to celebrate this milestone!

Kay's 30th Birthday

I decided to use the Walk in the Park DSP (Love these colours – can’t believe this DSP will be retired in 5 weeks!) and stamped the cupcake from Big Bold Birthday in Baja Breeze & Cameo Coral. I added a little Baja Breeze flower to the cupcake to make it nice and girly and popped a little halfback pearl in the middle. I added the number “30” using Thickers to the top of the cake – I thought it kind of looked like they were candles! I finished it off by adding some faux stitching with my white gel pen around the border.

You can see the detail close up below:

** I still have spaces left for my Christmas Card Class this Tuesday 27th October!! If you would like to join us for a great night of stamping, fun and socialising then call or email me to book your place! All the details about my Christmas Card Class are here!
